Lead Test Data Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, extract, transform and provision test datasets for various environments (UAT, TST50, TST60)
• Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems
• Develop reusable, synthetic and masked datasets that mirror real-world business scenarios
• Coordinate with test data management teams and environment owners for refresh and population activities
• Automate test data provisioning using SQL, Python, Shell and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Git)
• Maintain a centralized inventory of test datasets with associated metadata
• Act as a point of contact for product owners and testing teams regarding test data needs
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in handling test data
