DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our AWS infrastructure (S3, Lambda, RDS, EC2, CloudFront).
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for fast, stable deployments.
• Oversee uptime, performance, and security of production and staging environments.
• Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (CloudWatch, or similar tools).
• Support backend teams with environment setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Automate recurring infrastructure or deployment tasks where possible.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure new releases are safely deployed and optimized.
• Continuously review system performance and recommend improvements for speed, reliability, or cost optimization.
