Responsibilities
Own the company-wide AI initiative map — track use cases, statuses, owners, and impact across every team
Scout new AI opportunities — analyze workflows, spot automation potential, and put together proposals for new projects
Coordinate incoming requests — clarify needs, connect people with the right experts, and drive requests through to results. Turn raw asks into clear analysis that actually supports decision-making
Maintain the AI governance backbone — tool review guidelines, usage rules, registries, and approvals with InfoSec, Legal, Procurement, and other functions
Keep adoption programs running — workshops, mentoring, a case study showcase, learning materials, and regular updates
Drive internal AI communications — news, policy changes, available tools, success stories, and clear entry points for teams
Engage with external vendors and industry peers — gather best practices, constraints, capabilities, and useful signals for our AI roadmap
Deliver regular updates for the team and stakeholders — what's moving, what's blocked, and what decisions are needed
