Manager, Software Verification

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of software verification engineers responsible for validating the NVIDIA DOCA SDK.
• Design comprehensive test plans and implement functional, integration, and system-level tests for new SDK capabilities.
• Define the team's technical roadmap, verification strategy, and automation priorities to ensure high product quality and release readiness.
• Partner closely with SDK developers, architects, product management, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive the development of scalable C++ verification frameworks and automation infrastructure that enable efficient feature validation.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, continuous learning, and engineering quality.
• What we need to see
• Bachelors Degree in EE, CS or CE or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years in a managerial position with hands on experience with the software development lifecycle and 8+ years of overall experience
• Strong technical background in modern C++ software development, software architecture, and Linux-based systems.
