We are a licensed investment company based in Armenia, expanding our Digital Assets Division. Our mission is to bridge traditional financial markets with the digital asset ecosystem by delivering secure, compliant, and institutional-grade financial services to retail, corporate, and professional investors.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on cryptocurrency and digital asset investment opportunities.
- Execute and support digital asset purchase, sale, and exchange transactions.
- Work with global cryptocurrency exchanges, OTC counterparties, liquidity providers, and custodians.
- Monitor digital asset markets, blockchain ecosystems, and emerging Web3 trends.
- Prepare market research, investment reports, and analytical materials.
- Assist with the onboarding of institutional and private clients.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, AML/KYC procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Investment teams.
- Promote and cross-sell the company's investment products and services across business lines.
- Liaise with the Central Bank of Armenia on regulatory and operational matters, when required.
