Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Ads Experience

Responsibilities

• Product Execution
• Design and ship advertiser-facing AI features and platform (campaign assistants, creative generation, audience discovery, performance analytics, optimization recommendations) end-to-end, from prototype to GA.
• Agentic Systems
• Design: Make the right architectural calls on if and how to use generative AI, whether it’s a single-shot LLM call, a workflow, a skill, a retrieval system, an agent loop, human review, or no AI at all.
• Reliability and Guardrails
• Build for the failure modes of LLMs — structured outputs, tool/action boundaries, retries, cost controls, tracing, evals, and human-in-the-loop where it matters.
• Measurement: Define offline and online evals, instrument traces, run A/B tests, and connect model and product metrics to advertiser and business outcomes.
• Safety and Trust
• Design for data isolation, permissioning, auditability, and policy compliance when AI systems take action on behalf of advertisers.
