Responsibilities

• Configure and customize OpenText templates and document management processes to support business operations Ensure effective document lifecycle management across the organization
• Maintain document templates, metadata, document types, and workflows Gather business requirements and translate them into OpenText configurations Participate in OpenText implementation, migration, and enhancement projects Integrate OpenText with SAP and other enterprise applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
• Support the ongoing maintenance and optimization of ECM platforms
