Evoca is seeking a Retail Lending Products Development Specialist who will be responsible for creation, development and improvement of banking consumer products, ensuring their competitiveness, profitability and alignment with customer needs. What will you gain?
Responsibilities
- develop terms, pricing and financial models for new retail lending products, coordinate with relevant departments, submit for approval
- implement activities aimed at improving competitiveness of existing products
- develop and update internal procedures, regulations and customer-facing documentation related to products
- analyze pilot launch results, collect feedback from departments, implement product improvements when necessary
- support process automation and digitalization projects
