Principal Technical Marketing Engineer | Germany | Remote

Responsibilities

• Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
• Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos that highlight Grafana’s value for SRE and platform engineering leaders.
• Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs in partnership with our video and content teams.
• Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions designed for evaluators.
• Teach customers not just how Grafana works, but why our approach is differentiated and valuable.
• Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets that scale technical content across channels.
• Enable Solutions (Sales) Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling
• Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org, ensuring consistent messaging and demo guidance.
• Produce technical enablement assets, value-driven talk tracks, competitive narratives, and demo best practices.
• Help SEs and sellers communicate Grafana’s story with clarity, confidence, and differentiation.
