Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Supply Chain function: procurement, storage, inventory management, and delivery of materials to stores
- Manage a team of 4 Supply Chain Specialists in the Philippines
- Work with suppliers and logistics partners: review terms, identify alternatives, and replace contractors when necessary
- Control costs and plan material requirements
- Identify the root causes of recurring issues and turn them into systematic improvements
- Work with metrics and data and use them to make informed decisions
- Independently lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholder
