We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Product Platform org - the group that powers product development across Vanta by building the shared foundations that every engineering team builds on top of. This hire will join one of two closely-aligned teams within the org, each working on foundational challenges with company-wide impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality, scalable systems and shared libraries that multiple engineering teams depend on - whether that's shared customer-facing components (Applications Primitives) or internal abstractions (Libraries & Foundations)
- Partner deeply with product engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them into clean, well-documented APIs and services
- Drive technical decisions and influence architecture across team boundaries, with a focus on developer experience and platform scalability
- Contribute to building Vanta's engineering culture as we scale
