Applied AI Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Client engagement and advisory
• Serve as a trusted AI advisor to the client and its health plan and payer customers.
• Lead discovery and solution-design workshops that translate operational challenges into practical AI and automation opportunities.
• Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned with client priorities, implementation readiness, and expected business value.
• Advise executive and operational stakeholders on responsible AI adoption in regulated healthcare environments.
• Support business development and pre-sales activities, including prospect conversations, presentations, solution development, and RFP responses.
• Guide initiatives from initial concept and pilot development through production deployment and ongoing improvement.
• Solution development and delivery
• Lead the design and delivery of AI and automation solutions for payer workflows, including utilization management, claims processing, care management, member services, and administrative operations.
• Design solutions that may incorporate large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, copilots, and agentic orchestration.
