Join an early-stage financial technology team building banking infrastructure for digital assets and AI. As one of the first engineers supporting US operations, you will own core banking systems and help shape reliable financial infrastructure from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Ship production code early while learning the codebase, product, and banking domain.
- Own major engineering projects as an individual contributor, from initial design through production.
- Turn complex financial and banking requirements into clean, reliable systems that operate at scale.
- Make system design, data modeling, and architectural decisions for production services.
- Work with engineering, product, and clients to evolve core banking capabilities.
- Build automation that reduces recurring manual work, favoring simple and maintainable solutions.
