Remote Spec Book & Architectural Construction Documentation Drafter

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, coordinated construction documents in Revit based on received files and inputs.
• Evaluate approved design concepts with a clear understanding of how the design will be built in the field.
• Translate approved design concepts into clear, buildable, and fully coordinated construction documentation.
• Model and document designs based on architectural, consultant, and client inputs.
• Identify finishes, fixtures, and materials and document them accurately.
• Detect missing details, inconsistencies, or coordination issues and proactively address or flag them.
• Communicate changes and revisions clearly with the internal team.
• Perform other tasks related to the role.
