Stamina sells and implements CRM, telephony and outbound infrastructure for B2B clients across Armenia, Georgia, the UAE and the US. This role owns the delivery of our project portfolio: turning signed work into scoped, sequenced and well-governed projects, and driving each one to go-live on time, in scope and at the expected quality standard.

Responsibilities

1. Scoping & Planning
Break sold projects into workstreams and tasks; estimate effort
Build the plan: milestones, dependencies, deadlines, definition of done
Flag gaps between what was sold and what is deliverable, before work starts
Set final scope, timeline and go-live date
2. Execution & Delivery
Track progress, deadlines and blockers across the portfolio; keep trackers as the single source of truth
Escalation point for at-risk projects, scope creep and delivery conflicts
Manage change requests: assess impact on scope, timeline and cost; document and secure sign-off
Drive - specialists perform the work; you plan, sequence and are accountable
