We are seeking a Senior C++ Developer to join our global team working on client connectivity trading systems and FIX-based platforms. You will contribute to a multi-year initiative to modernize existing connectivity platforms, collaborating with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders across the globe.

Responsibilities

Spend 80-90% of your time performing direct development-related activities such as coding, design, configuration management, releases, and post-implementation support
Contribute to architectural decisions as part of a global team solving complex technical problems
Modernize existing client connectivity trading platforms, including A4, A4FIX, FIXAJ, and BlueDirect
Deliver technical projects to enhance system performance and throughput
Work on client-driven projects to add new functionality and ensure compliance with market regulations
Drive the team's transformation toward a DevOps ecosystem with CI/CD practices
Collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders across multiple regions
Provide post-implementation support and ensure system reliability
