English-Speaking Research Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on individuals and organisations by utilising open-source resources. Focus on identifying and analysing Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), monitoring and researching sanction lists and global watchlists.
• Conduct regulatory research and monitor regulatory developments in Asian countries.
• Create comprehensive country profiles with an emphasis on political, corporate, and regulatory contexts.
• Use English or other regional languages to access and interpret original-language materials and documents.
• Analyse and integrate information from various sources to generate accurate findings.
• Present findings to the Team
• Lead and other stakeholders as required
• Demonstrate initiative and a strong desire for continuous professional development.
• Incorporate feedback from supervisors and adapt work practices accordingly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
