EPAM Cloud Engagement Leader (Google Global Business Unit)

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Google Digital and AI transformation engagements
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping, commercial structuring, strategic pursuit leadership, executive presentations, and pricing strategy development for high-value programs
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, positioning EPAM as a long-term partner
• Collaborate with Google account and industry teams to execute joint go-to-market and co-sell motions
• Leverage Google programs and funding (e.g., DAF, PSF, PSO, Catalyst, GET, etc) to unlock opportunities and accelerate deal closure
• Shape strategic Google Digital and AI transformation engagement deals, including architecture oversight and executive messaging
• Align closely with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and account growth
• Contribute to GTM campaigns, industry initiatives and Google-aligned solution accelerators
• Mentor client partners and teams in Google co-sell best practices and partner-led selling
