Senior Business Analyst with SAP Signavio

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate strategic workshops with senior business stakeholders to capture, map, and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes using SAP Signavio
• Define and drive the process improvement agenda: identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and standardization opportunities; leverage advanced process mining and analytics insights within Signavio to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
• Translate complex, cross-functional business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process models, and guide SAP implementation and IT teams through delivery
• Own the alignment of mapped processes with SAP best practices, S/4HANA capabilities, and the organization's broader digital transformation roadmap; provide recommendations to leadership on process standardization and target operating models
• Drive change management initiatives by producing high-quality process documentation and training materials, championing user adoption, and establishing and enforcing process governance and repository standards within SAP Signavio
• Partner strategically with enterprise architects, functional SAP consultants (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.), project managers, and business leaders to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of large-scale transformation programs
• Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts, sharing best practices in BPM, modeling standards, and stakeholder engagement
