We are looking for a Lead Performance Test Engineer to be part of our team. You will play a key role in building an Automated Test Suite as part of our Tech Debt Remediation Program across a variety of Java-based projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop baseline performance testing scripts for Java-based systems
- Capture and document baseline performance metrics to evaluate system functionality pre-modernization
- Integrate performance testing workflows within CI/CD pipelines for automated validations
- Pinpoint performance bottlenecks and deliver actionable recommendations for resolution
- Prepare detailed performance test reports to keep stakeholders informed
- Collaborate with development teams to align testing efforts with modernization objectives
- Maintain and improve upon existing performance testing frameworks and tools
- Conduct code reviews to uphold testing best practices
- Provide support for diagnosing and solving performance-related issues
- Remain informed about emerging trends in performance testing and automation
