Responsibilities
- Translates complex business needs into overarching technical designs
- Proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices
- Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
- Perform system configuration changes and data migrations
- Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction
