We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Motor Team, where you’ll partner closely with the Product Owner to drive data-informed decisions, measure product performance, and identify growth opportunities through analytics. The Motor team builds digital car insurance products across Qatar, driving customer acquisition and retention through qic.online and the QIC App.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product leadership to shape priorities and support data-driven product decisions
- Conduct analytical deep dives into funnels, customer behavior, retention, and feature performance
- Define, monitor, and optimize product KPIs across web and mobile
- Evaluate product initiatives using A/B tests, cohort analysis, and pre-post evaluation
- Map and optimize the customer journey
- Define tracking requirements and validate analytics implementation
- Ensure data quality and consistency across GA4, Amplitude, and BigQuery
- Build dashboards and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
