We are expanding with a Senior Software Engineer - Java with Cloud - AWS to craft scalable Java web services with strong security and cloud foundations. You will work closely with front-end and cross-functional partners, implement RESTful APIs, and tune services for performance and resilience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web services using Java
- Work with front-end developers to integrate web services seamlessly into web applications
- Deliver RESTful APIs that enable smooth client-server communication
- Apply standards and best practices to ensure web services are robust, reliable, and secure
- Optimize scalability and performance with caching, load balancing, and database optimization
- Partner with product managers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Contribute to code reviews with constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Keep up with the latest developments and trends in Java and web services
