We are hiring a Lead Technical Business Analyst to run design discovery for a healthcare payer front-end rebuild that replaces a legacy application. You will extract requirements via UI exploration, QA test cases, and stakeholder interviews, then decompose features into user stories and acceptance criteria—apply today.
Responsibilities
- Identify and document functions of the current system and related business processes
- Lead features through the entire delivery life cycle
- Support continuous improvement of Team processes and ways of working
- Coordinate communication across business and technical stakeholders
- Partner with UX Designers on UI modeling and wireframing
- Create product and requirements documentation, guides, and release notes
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for specific Product modules
- Ensure captured requirements are accurate, complete, usable, and high quality
- Contribute to the Team’s DoRs and DoDs
- Lead acceptance testing of delivered backlog items
