Senior Technical Product Manager, Care Engine

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the Care Engine team, spanning the clinical rules engine, prescription and fulfillment pipeline, and subscription billing logic
• Own end-to-end reliability of the systems that run Hone's clinical operations and work cross-functionally with our clinical, care operations, pharmacy operations, and engineering teams to ensure that every patient's care runs correctly, every time
• Define and track success metrics including rules engine reliability, medication delivery timeliness and audit pass rate
• Build systematic audit practices to surface where the engine's actual behavior diverges from intended behavior
• Partner with engineering to design, specify, and ship new logic and integrations (e.g., DoseSpot, pharmacies, carriers, Health Gorilla)
• Measure the success of launches and develop data-driven solutions for continuous improvement
