Responsibilities
Monitor brand mentions across social media platforms, forums, and online communities (including Reddit, Quora, and regional platforms).
Consult on reputation management on platforms, including fostering a neutral and positive discussion protocols.
Respond to negative reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner, de-escalating conflicts and turning detractors into neutral or positive voices.
Develop and implement ORM strategies to improve overall brand perception in LATAM markets.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to align messaging and address recurring complaints at the root.
Prepare regular reports on brand sentiment trends, share of voice, and reputation KPIs.
