The NVIDIA CPU team is a world-class, global organization united by a mission to push the boundaries of what’s possible and shape the future of computing. We are looking for a talented, fast-learning and highly motivated Senior Logic Design Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- As part of the CPU core team, you’ll take ownership of a unit.
- Contributing to the micro-architecture, writing RTL and documentation.
- Working closely with verification and implementation teams to meet timing, area, performance, and power goals.
- What we need to see
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in processor or high-performance semiconductor design
- Strong RTL expertise and solid computer architecture background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ownership and technical leadership of complex design blocks
- Track record of driving design and verification initiatives (e.g., uArch, methodology, efficiency)
