Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Engage actively with business partners to comprehend business requirements and deliver innovative and efficient solutions
• Collaborate with various technology teams (Development, Infrastructure, PMO, etc.) to conceptualize and implement scalable and sustainable technical solutions using Salesforce technologies
• Lead a development team to create and implement innovative solutions while adhering to standards, best practices, and code quality techniques
• Establish and enhance development standards and processes
• Maintain expertise in the functionality and solution architecture
• Manage the detailed design of technical solutions, Proof-of-Concepts (POC), prototyping, and documentation of technical design throughout the SDLC process
• Develop and sustain effective working relationships with key technology team members
• Develop prototypes to support solution architecture activities
• Partner with other architects, vendors, partners, and both business and technical teams to translate business needs into capability/platform roadmaps and work towards realizing these roadmaps
