We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to build and support reliable internal platforms that equip development teams with self-service capabilities and efficient workflows. You will get the chance to spearhead the integration of AI-powered platform features, including generative AI (GenAI), autonomous agents, and AIOps, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Build and support internal platforms that enable self-service deployment and management of applications
- Create standardized tools, frameworks, and libraries to simplify workflows across teams
- Lead the adoption of AI technologies on the platform (GenAI, AI agents, AIOps) to boost developer productivity and operations
- Connect various development tools and services within the platform ecosystem
- Improve developer experience through documentation, training, and platform support
- Apply strategies to guarantee high availability, reliability, and performance of platforms
- Leverage DORA metrics to evaluate and enhance software delivery and operational processes
- Track emerging technologies to continuously advance platform capabilities
- Partner with development, operations, and security teams for smooth application support
- Offer technical guidance to address platform-related issues and improve system health
