Responsibilities

• Organising and overseeing the service centre's day-to-day work
• Receiving, advising and serving customers
• Registering repair orders and tracking their progress
• Coordinating the work of the technical specialists
• Keeping equipment diagnosis and repair within their deadlines
• Keeping customers informed about the work carried out and the timelines
• Organising warranty and post-warranty service processes
• Tracking the movement and availability of spare parts
• Preparing reports and presenting them to management
• Resolving customer complaints and problems effectively
