Senior/Staff Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner. Work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams to identify high-impact questions, frame decisions, and determine how success should be measured.
• Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks.
• Develop the KPIs and frameworks teams use to understand performance across areas such as acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, and customer outcomes.
• Turn data into strategy. Surface patterns across our users, customers, products, and business.
• Identify opportunities, diagnose friction, and help teams determine where to invest and what to prioritize.
• Shape our approach to experimentation and evaluation.
• Design and analyze experiments where appropriate, develop guardrail metrics and other methods for evaluating initiatives, and help teams choose the right analytical approach for the decision at hand.
• Build measurement into how we work.
• Partner with teams to define instrumentation and measurement plans early, ensuring new products, programs, and initiatives can be evaluated reliably after launch.
• Build trusted analytical foundations.
