Manager, Technical Software Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Software Program Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to help team members grow and achieve their full potential.
• Work with internal teams to champion product launch success.
• Technical Software Program Management for NVIDIA GeForce/Cloud/MGX/DGX Spark/RTX Spark computer manufacturing partners/customers.
• Collaborate with our partners/customers for software requirements, schedule, and issue/resolution.
• Champion the partner/customer's requirements and drive issue resolution across multiple teams / locations.
• Provide technical updates and SW releases to the partners/customers for resolution of their issues.
• What we need to see
• 4+ years of experience leading a team and 8+ years of overall relevant experience.
• Demonstrate strong people-management skills with empathy and clarity, providing meaningful feedback that helps team members grow, improve performance, and empowering team members to achieve their goals.
