Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales strategy and execution for the Data Security product suite specifically for our AMS customer base, assisting with opportunities to demonstrate technical superiority and business value
• Partner with Product Management leadership to translate field insights into product strategy & roadmap by leading competitive analysis, win/loss reviews, customer commitment tracking, pricing planning, and pipeline and churn analysis across the DLP, DSPM, and AI portfolio
• Enable and educate the broader Zscaler field team to effectively position and sell Data Security solutions within their accounts
• Work with support leadership to provide timely assistance to large customers in event of escalations and deployment of Zscaler services
• Provide clear, concise, and data-driven updates on deal status, pipeline health, business performance, and key risks to Sales and Product leadership, enabling informed decision-making
