We are looking for a Senior Manager, AI & Data Consulting – Financial Services (m/f/d) to help leading financial institutions turn their AI ambitions into measurable business value. You will work with senior business and technology leaders to define AI and data strategies, shape target architectures and operating models, and lead complex transformation engagements.
Responsibilities
- Advise financial services clients on AI and data strategies linked to business outcomes
- Independently lead complex consulting engagements from problem definition through delivery
- Translate business, regulatory and technology challenges into actionable roadmaps
- Lead senior stakeholder workshops across data readiness, governance, architecture and AI enablement
- Define data governance frameworks, operating models, semantic layers and target data architectures
- Provide leadership across metadata, lineage, data quality, observability and data products
- Lead multidisciplinary consulting and engineering teams and take accountability for delivery quality and client outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Shape proposals, client opportunities and follow-on engagements
- Mentor consultants and architects within the practice
