Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Grow your engineers’ careers through regular 1:1s, clear expectations, thoughtful feedback, and developmental coaching.
• Ensure your team ships high-quality, maintainable code.
• Set the team’s overall technical direction and vision, while giving engineers ownership of technical decisions and offering guidance when needed.
• Partner with product and design to scope projects around customer needs and business goals, bringing in the right people across engineering and the wider business.
• Keep delivery moving: coordinate dependencies across teams, surface risks early, and communicate changes in scope or timing.
• Improve how your team works, addressing recurring friction in planning, collaboration, tooling, and development.
