Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational processes within the department to ensure efficiency
• Monitor ongoing tasks, track progress, and assist in resolving operational issues
• Support communication between teams, ensuring smooth workflow and collaboration
• Maintain and update operational documentation, reports, and internal records
• Assist in incident management by tracking issues, escalating as needed, and ensuring timely resolution
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with IT and monitoring teams to optimize operational workflows
• Assist in planning and executing process improvements and automation initiatives
• Provide support in resource allocation and shift scheduling.
