As the Team Lead for our Frontend development team, you will play a key role in driving the architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will lead a group of talented developers, ensuring smooth collaboration, technical innovation, and strong delivery results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Frontend developers within the Marketing Tech and Social domain.
- Drive high-level architecture and design decisions for complex software systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality.
- Lead major technical migration projects, specifically executing our roadmap to transition the platform to Nuxt.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
- Focus heavily on performance engineering, optimizing site load speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO for high-traffic environments.
- Maintain a heavily hands-on contribution level (coding, architecture, and code reviews) alongside line management responsibilities.
- Manage team members' performance, lead 1-on-1s, drive career development, and handle work allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, modern tools, and delivery standards across the team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, backend engineers, and product teams to refine requirements and ship high-quality features.
