Responsibilities

• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, phones, and other employee equipment
• Install, configure, update, and maintain software on employee workstations
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access to company applications
• Provision and deprovision employee accounts during onboarding and offboarding
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees
• Maintain office Wi-Fi, LAN, printers, meeting-room equipment, and other IT infrastructure
• Configure and troubleshoot network equipment such as routers, switches, and access points
• Maintain and manage IT asset and equipment inventories
• Manage software licenses and subscriptions
