The Senior SaaS Engineer, Insights & Reporting is responsible for designing and building a flexible, real-time reporting and insights system for Sun Nuclear customers on the OLTP system. Key Areas of Responsibility: Work with the Chief Software Architect on the strategy and design of the new Sun Nuclear Cloud platform Utilize the value/features of the existing ISV product to inform the feature set for the new cloud-based product line.
Responsibilities
- The Senior SaaS Engineer, Insights & Reporting is responsible for designing and building a flexible, real-time reporting and insights system for Sun Nuclear customers on the OLTP system.
- Work with the Chief Software Architect on the strategy and design of the new Sun Nuclear Cloud platform
- At least 5 years of related experience developing reporting tools (not utilizing reporting tools).
- Deep understanding and familiarity of the many aspects of cloud-based platforms (preferably AWS) from development to deployment to operations
- Familiar with designing and developing with the principles of reuse, componentization, and the proper level of abstraction
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software, design principles, CI/CD, and best practice
