Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top talent in iGaming, Web3, and related industries
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and technical screenings where applicable
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Develop employer branding strategies to position the company as a top employer in the IT, iGaming, and Web3 sectors
• Engage with potential candidates through social media, career events, and networking initiatives
• Represent the company at industry conferences, career fairs, and online recruitment events
