To raise the quality of our products we are building an AI-first culture inside the engineering teams: agentic workflows, new tooling, measured speed gains and, above all, close attention to the quality of the result. We are looking for strong experts ready to introduce and grow AI practices within the teams.

Responsibilities

People management: responsibility for people's development, for hiring and letting go, and for appraising the team
Developing the processes inside the teams — both at team level and across the whole of development on the project — including introducing and scaling AI practices
Producing: solving hard technical problems on the projects, designing the solution's architecture and making sure it is built quickly
Watching over the stability and quality of the game's software
Code review and design review
Programming and refactoring game logic.
Languages: C++, with Lua and Python for occasional tasks
Graphics: OpenGL ES and Metal
Our own engine, similar to Unity or Unreal, which we develop continuously
Advanced CI/CD, automated testing, code review processes and a good deal more
