Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven Staff Engineer to build, test, deploy and support our self-service platform used for pharmacy operations and customer order fulfillment. As a leading technical voice within the Fulfillment and Pharmacy Engineering Front End team, you will collaborate with other engineers, product managers, designers, and Engineering leaders to deliver solutions for our Fulfillment and Pharmacy Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture of scalable, maintainable, and performant front end solutions aligned with product requirements
- Implement tools and processes for monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with designers for intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Conduct design & code reviews and facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives
