Responsibilities
- Customs & Trade Compliance Consulting
- Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ existing customs, export control, and trade compliance processes.
- Identify compliance gaps, operational risks, and opportunities to improve processes and controls.
- Advise clients on complex customs and international trade compliance matters at both strategic and operational levels.
- Develop practical recommendations that balance regulatory requirements with clients’ operational and commercial needs.
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of customs and trade compliance programs.
- Compliance Strategy Development
- Develop tailored strategies to ensure compliance with national and international customs and export control requirements.
- Design and improve compliance frameworks, internal controls, procedures, and governance structures.
- Support clients in embedding customs and trade compliance requirements into their day-to-day business processes.
