SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and WorkForce TimeManagement Participate in configuration support activities throughout all project phases
• Conduct testing activities and manage defects to ensure solution quality Perform data migration, data validation, and data quality activities
• Support post-go-live activities and issue resolution
• Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Analyze HR business processes and employee lifecycle management requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet project goals
