Director, Advisory - Retail and Consumer Goods, UK (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives at leading retailers and consumer goods companies in the UK
• Lead complex engagements.
• Oversee large or concurrent programs in areas such as omnichannel commerce, AI and data strategy, supply chain and ERP modernization, retail media and revenue growth management. Ensure delivery quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction
• Grow the business. Shape proposals and develop new and existing client relationships.
• Build EPAM’s retail and consumer goods footprint in the UK
• Connect strategy with delivery. Turn complex retail and consumer goods challenges into clear recommendations that EPAM’s engineering, data and AI teams can deliver. Draw on relevant EPAM platforms and technology partnerships
• Build our market reputation.
• Develop viewpoints and represent EPAM Advisory at client, industry and leadership forums. Strengthen our credibility in the UK retail and consumer goods market
• Develop future leaders. Coach and sponsor consultants, strengthen the leadership pipeline and contribute to practice development, methods and published insights
