• Own and execute the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across acquisition funnels, campaigns, promotions, and core onsite journeys.
• Develop, prioritise, and manage a structured programme of A/B and multivariate tests.
• Identify optimisation opportunities through funnel analysis, behavioural data, heatmaps, and user research.
• Analyse user behaviour, drop-offs, and performance metrics to uncover bottlenecks and commercial opportunities.
• Define experiment requirements and brief UX, development, and product teams for implementation and validation.
• Ensure proper tracking, QA, and statistical integrity across all experiments.
• Translate data insights into actionable improvements across design, messaging, and content.
• Report findings clearly to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making with data-backed recommendations.
• Select and manage CRO and experimentation tools to enable scalable testing capability.
