IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations across service desk, infrastructure, network, cybersecurity and IT-related OT support.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levels and drive continuous service improvement.
• Maintain the availability, performance, integrity and lifecycle management of IT systems, networks, server room infrastructure, cloud platforms and end-user computing.
• Manage hybrid cloud environments including Azure and Microsoft 365 and maintain key technology standards and registers.
• Maintain system patching, upgrades, endpoint protection and other core operational security controls.
• Own and maintain the ISMS and implement cybersecurity controls aligned with ISO 27001 principles.
• Enforce access management, data protection and security governance controls.
• Support secure OT operations through oversight of IT-side OT architecture, patching, antivirus and key security control reviews.
• Lead and deliver IT and technology improvement projects in line with site and business priorities.
• Participate in audits, risk assessments, incident response and the management of IT and information security risks.
