This is not a basic administrative or data-entry position. You will be trusted to organize people, investigate problems, find answers and keep work moving without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the production and service schedule.
- Manage emergency leak calls, repairs, maintenance visits and warranty callbacks.
- Communicate appointments, progress, delays and next steps to customers.
- Maintain accurate tasks, notes, labour hours, photographs, documents and communications in JobTread.
- Identify cost overruns, idle labour, wasted trips, missing costs and unbilled work.
