Lead Product Designer | Mobile / Games

Responsibilities

• Establish PokerArena's approach to product design.
• Own the design of navigation, home screen, engagement and progression, and other core game experiences.
• Foster professional growth of our other game UX designer.
• Get hands-on to solve our most challenging design problems.
• Speak directly with at least one player per week to keep in touch with user needs.
• Contribute to an environment of rapid iteration: ship quickly and learn instead of analysis paralysis.
