Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and informed decision-making.
• Evaluate product and commercial performance by analyzing conversion rates, customer behavior, and other key metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support senior team members with business analysis projects, research initiatives, and data-driven recommendations.
• Continuously analyze traffic and routing performance to identify efficiency improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with department heads, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand operational needs.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research by consolidating information from multiple sources to identify market trends, benchmark performance, and propose optimization initiatives.
• Analyze market opportunities to assess the commercial potential of new products, services, and target markets.
• Prepare clear and actionable reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to business processes, operational workflows, and commercial strategies based on data-driven insights.
